Womens Team are also gearing up for the Upcoming ICC T20 World Cup which is scheduled to begin from 15th March 2016 to 3rd April 2016. The Tournament is held in India which will be in its fifth season featuring 10 teams across the world. The women’s tournament will be played simultaneously along with the men’s tournament with Australia opening the tournament, being the defending champions. Following are the ten teams divided into two Groups A and B, which will be participating for the Women’s ICC T20 World Cup 2016
Group A Teams: South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Srilanka and Ireland
Group B Teams: India, England, Pakistan, West Indies and Bangladesh
