Afghanistan vs West Indies PredictionUnderdogs Afghan team will play their last match of t20 world cup against the top charts West Indies on Sunday at Nagpur. AFG vs WI today t20 match will live broadcast on Star Sports, Channel 9, ESPN and Ten Sports as match schedule to start at 15:00 local (09:30 GMT | 14:30 PKT), live from Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Jamtha, Nagpur.

West Indies are in fine form as they became the second team, after New Zealand, to seal a berth in the semi-final of the T20 World Cup. The Black Caps did it after registering three wins in three matches and Darren Sammy’s side also made it to the last four by winning the first two matches.

They defeated South Africa in the third fixture on 25 March and the victory over the Proteas helped them to sit on top of Group 1 table with six points. West Indies have already defeated England, Sri Lanka and South Africa in Super 10 fixtures. A victory on Sunday will see them finish Group 1 on top. Should they fail to beat Afghanistan, they still have a chance to end Super 10 on top of their table, depending on results elsewhere.

Afghanistan vs West Indies Prediction

West Indies will win the toss choose to bat first and win the match. Afghanistan have lost all three matches so far in the tournament. They had a very good chance of registering a victory over England in their last fixture after sending half of the Three Lions’ batting lineup back to the pavilion before the end of the 10th over.

However, Mooen Ali and David Willey’s impressive performance with both bat and ball was the difference between the two sides, which led to Afghanistan’s third straight defeat. Asghar Stanikzai will be looking for a victory in order to avoid another disappointing result in their last match of the T20 World Cup.
