PSL 2017 New Players | Pakistan Super League Replacement Draft
There are some changes occur in the PSL team Squads due to injuries of some players and some players are busy in their series so those busy and injured players replaced by new players which are given below. PSL 2017 supplementary draft took place to replace the players who would not be available for the PSL event that will start on February, 9th 2017.
Major replacements occurred in the teams of Quetta Gladiators, Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi.
As the Westindies all-rounder, Dwayne Bravo is injured so England’s opening batsman Jason Roy replaced him. But Jason Roy will available till 20th Feb because after that he will be busy in his international series. Another change in the squad of Lahore Qalandar was the great spin bowler Chris Green who bowled awesome in the Big Bash league. He comes in the place of injured Shaun Tait and Chris Green is highly rated by the Lahore Qalandar’s captain Brendon McCullum. Lahore Qalandar any other player Anton Devcich is injured so he is replaced by James Franklin of the NZ team.
Now move on towards the Quetta Gladiators Squad who picked the England all-rounder Moeen Ali in place of Westindies great all-rounder Carlos Braithwaite who is not participating in this PSL due to their domestic league because it is necessary for him to play in order to become eligible for the national team of his country.
In Peshawar Zalmi, Afghanistan cricketer player Muhammad Nabi all-rounder has been replaced by the Rilee Rossouw of South Africa who is a great right-hand batsman. West Indian Batsman, Andre Fletcher is another new replacement for the Shahzad Muhammad who is an aggressive right-hand batsman and a wicket-keeper. The other replacement of Zalmi’s is Dilshan who is in place of Shakib-al-Hassan.
As Andree Russel is facing the issue of ban for one year so Islamabad United will replace him after someday. Although Karachi Kings did not make new picks and replacement for PSL 2017.
